EasyChatFlow provides artificial intelligence-powered customer support solutions designed to enhance customer engagement, automate responses, and streamline customer interactions. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.

By using EasyChatFlow, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
• You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of EasyChatFlow, you may be required to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. EasyChatFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

4.1 Subscription Plans

EasyChatFlow offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans, as outlined on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on your selected plan.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Subscription fees are refundable only if the subscription period has not started or where required by law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@easychatflow.io within 7 days of the charge.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so in your Settings → Billing section.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 No Guarantees

EasyChatFlow's AI-generated responses are based on data inputs and machine learning algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of responses.

5.2 Not Professional Advice

EasyChatFlow does not provide professional advice. AI-generated content should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and you should consult a professional for such matters.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of EasyChatFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, are owned by ChatFlow SIA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to EasyChatFlow. By uploading content, you grant EasyChatFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Your use of EasyChatFlow is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your data. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EasyChatFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
• EasyChatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyChatFlow, ChatFlow SIA, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

EasyChatFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of EasyChatFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatFlow SIA operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EasyChatFlow shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
